Inspired by nocturnal nature ‘Twilight Delight’ celebrates mycelium and bioluminescence. Mycelium has a social strength; supporting natures community through underground connections, sharing supplies through chemical communications. Some fungi are bioluminescent and emit a glowing light at night like woodland lanterns. This light attracts midnight gardeners in the form of bugs and insects who carry the spores of fungi far and wide. Playing on the magic and wonder of fairytales ‘Twilight Delight’ considers the essence of otherworldly stories exist within our very own fairytale reality - how magical!
